Will Martin, DMD, MS, FACP is an Associate Professor in the

Departments of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Prosthodontics

at the University of Florida’s College of Dentistry and serves as the

Director of its Center for Implant Dentistry. He also maintains a

part-time practice limited to Prosthodontics within the Center.

Dr. Martin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics

and a fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists,

International College of Dentists and of the International Team for

Implantology (ITI). He is also the Education Delegate of the Section

USA of the ITI.  Dr. Martin is a member of numerous professional

organizations including the Academy of Osseointegration and ADA.

He has authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles and

abstracts and has co-authored several textbooks on implant dentistry. He lectures both nationally and internationally on esthetic and implant dentistry.

He received his DMD with honors from the University of Florida and completed his MS and Certificate in Prosthodontics from Baylor College of Dentistry.

Practical Pearls for Achieving Predictable Success in Your Implant Practice

Synopsis: This course will address common issues encountered when planning, placing and restoring implants in today’s practice. Evidence-based answers to common questions will be introduced along with patient presentations highlighting the current trends, techniques and materials used in the restoration of the partially and completely edentulous patients. Participants will leave with many “practical pearls” that can by implemented to improve practice flow and patient outcomes.
